Dubai returns to international market after long absence

The Government of Dubai (unrated) this week returned to the international debt capital markets after a 6.5-year absence, selling a USD2bn dual-tranche. The transaction featured a USD1bn 10-year Sukuk priced at 2.763% and a USD1bn 30-year EMTN yielding 4.00%.
