Bond Radar is a global service provider offering an array of products catered to the international financial markets. The product suite includes market intelligence and data for the Syndicated Bond & Loans markets and Leveraged Finance. Additionally, Bond Radar also provides electronic roadshows, events & conferences, and educational videos.

Bond Radar Ltd, and its subsidiaries, is the controller and responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as ‘’Bond Radar’’, ‘’BR’’,’’we’’, ‘’us’’ or ‘’our’’ in this Privacy Policy). Bond Radar (company number 04545013) is a company registered in England and Wales. We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZA332080.

Purpose of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy outlines the information we may collect about you in relation to your use of our products or services (“Personal Data”). It also explains the legal rights that you have in relation to your personal data and how you may exercise these rights.
Some of our services may collect and use personal data for different purposes; those services have their own websites and privacy notices and cookies policy.
We will process your data for the following lawful purposes:
- where it is necessary for us to fulfil a contract we have with you, or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract (for example, when you register for any of our services, subscribe to a service, sign-up for an event, or access an electronic roadshow through us);

When Personal Data are collected
Registration, Free Trials and Subscriptions
When you register with our websites and/or sign up for a free trial of our products or services, we may ask you to provide your name, address, email address and telephone number, and details relevant to your occupation or employer.
If you subscribe to one of our products or services, we may also ask for payment details. Any credit/debit card payments are processed using a third party supplier and we do not retain the credit/debit card data (see the “Third Party Sites” section of this Privacy Policy). Address details may be shared with third party service providers engaged by us for order fulfilment, delivery and payment collection. This personal data is used by us to complete subscription requests.
Events and Conferences
If you have registered for an event through a group website, or by telephone or by any other means, we may collect personal data including name, job title, company, address, telephone number and email.
This information is necessary so that we can complete your registration for the event and provide you with relevant event materials.
We may also share delegate details (e.g. name, email address) with event sponsors who may contact you for their own purposes.
Electronic Roadshows
If you have registered to access an electronic roadshow hosted via BR’s Roadshow Radar service, we collect personal data including name, email and company. We also collect data usage including which roadshow was accessed, the time and date, how many pages you viewed and for how long. This information is shared with the third party that is coordinating or organising the roadshow.
Educational Video
If you have registered to access an educational video series via BR’s Roadshow Radar service, we collect personal data including name, email and company. We also collect data usage including which Video and/or Module was accessed, the time and date, how many pages you viewed and for how long. This information is shared with the third party that is coordinating or organising the roadshow/Educational video series.
Other sources
We may receive your personal data from other sources, such as public databases, marketing partners and other third parties for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Social media
If you engage with our content on social media, we may receive your personal data via the relevant social media platform provider (including information regarding people with whom you are friends or otherwise connected). This personal data may be shared with the social media platform provider and other users of the social media platform, and you understand that the use of the information we share will be governed by our, and the relevant social media platform’s, Privacy Policy.
Apps
When you download and use a Bond Radar App, we may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers, the pages you use, and what information and files have been downloaded to the App based on your device number.
Third Party Websites
BR’s websites may contain links to other websites. BR is not responsible for the privacy, data collection practices and cookies policy of third party websites and we therefore recommend that you review the privacy policies and terms of service of each website you visit.
Additional use of Personal Data
Advertising and Marketing
We may use the personal data you provide us and which we collect from you to inform you about other related products and services which we provide. We may send you marketing communications that are sponsored by our partners and which are targeted to your interests based on information you have provided us such as job title, employer and/or industry.
The personal data we may use for advertising and marketing purposes includes your name, email address, job title, phone number, company name/employer, geographical location, postal address, and data collected using cookies and other similar technology.
Right to ‘’opt-out’’
You can opt out from receiving such materials at any time by replying “unsubscribe” in any communication we send.
Third party disclosures
We may disclose your personal data to other third parties in the following situations:
- To third party partners who help us by providing services such as technology, marketing, advisory or other services. These third parties only receive encrypted data and may only process personal data to provide those services to us;
- Where we are required by law or regulation to do so; and
- For the purposes of fraud protection.
Additional data collected
Via a browser or electronic device
Certain type of information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type, screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language and Internet browser type and version. We use this information to ensure that our services are functioning properly.
IP address
Your IP address may be logged automatically in our server log files whenever you access our services, along with the time of the visit and the pages visited. We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels, diagnosing server problems and administering our services. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

We have a data retention policy that ensures we do not use or store your personal data for longer than necessary, based on legal and regulatory requirements.

Access and Portability
You may request access to any personal data of yours for which BR is responsible as controller. Unless there are legal or regulatory reasons for not doing so, we will confirm whether we process any of your personal data and if we do, we will provide you with the following information:

- the categories of personal data;
- any recipients of your personal data; and
- the applicable retention period and the data source.
You may also request that we transfer the personal data that you have submitted to us, to another controller, where it is technically feasible for us to do so.
You have the right to request that BR rectifies any errors in the personal data that we process. In some circumstances, you may also be able to ask for the erasure of personal data, and/or request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You may also object to the processing of your personal data for sales or marketing purposes.
Deletion
You have the right to request that BR deletes your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”).

Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have also put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Please note that, notwithstanding any steps we take, the transmission of information via the Internet can never be completely secure. Although we will make reasonable efforts to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website.
Also note that where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Change of purpose
